Family: Chelydridae
Size: It measures approximately 35 to 70 cm.
Longevity: The Snapping Turtle can be very old, and maybe even over 100 years old!
Habitat: It lives in lakes and extensive marshes, in large rivers and ponds.
Food: For its food, it eats animals such as fish, birds, small reptiles etc… It is a carnivorous animal.
