During COVID-19, we ask all our customers to respect the following sanitary measures on Éco-Odyssée Nature Park.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay at home and get tested.

Please follow these guidelines

  • Basic hygiene measures (wash your hands frequently, cough and sneeze into your elbow, avoid touching your face, etc.) to limit the spread of COVID-19.
  • Measures of physical distance (minimum 2 m between each person) and the use of a face cover or a mask when this distance is not possible to maintain.
  • Respect the capacity of the site. We strongly advise you to reserve your boat before your visit.
  • The reservation of a boat only with members of the same family or a group living at the same address.
  • Signage and displays in public places.
  • The maximum capacity of each infrastructure: reception, toilet block, bridge, dock.
  • Safety instructions from employees on site.

At reception and on the dock

  • Respect the capacity of the reception and the dock, one group at a time.
  • Respect the waiting lines, the signs for physical distance and the indications from the employees on the site.
  • Wash your hands before entering the reception building or taking your equipment at the dock.
  • Keep your distance from other customers at all times.

On the bridge

  • Respect the capacity of the bridge, one group at a time.
  • Please wait at the bridge entrance to let customers pass on the bridge.
  • Let the customers who are finishing their adventures pass first.
  • Respect the instructions from the employees.

Please note

  • The capacity of the Nature Park is reduced due to sanitary measures.
  • Please bring your personal life jacket.
  • All the items we rent to you will be cleaned between each client: the adventure card, the paddle, the life jacket and the pencil. Please deposit these items in the containers for this purpose at the dock.
  • You cannot bring your own watercraft because they can contaminate the labyrinth ecosystem.
