Striped Chorus Frog

Family: Hylidae

Size: It measures maximum 3.7cm.

Longevity: The striped chorus frog matures in late summer and spawns the following spring; she rarely lives more than a year.

Habitat: It lives in wasteland, in woods, in meadows and in open areas.

Food: It feeds on small flies, mosquitoes, ants, small beetles, heterocera and caterpillars, locusts, spiders, slugs and snails. They don’t eat during the winter.
