Reservations are recommended for a paddle boat in order to assure that one is held for your departure. The departures are limited to 24 paddle boats. On reservation, it is important to provide the number of attendants in your party and the number of pedal boats required. Each paddle boat can accommodate two adults, one adult and one child, or a group of two adults and two children of less than or equal to 5 feet (1.2m).(Make a reservation)

| Pricing Policy |

Rates are based on the cost of paddle boat rentals. One paddle boat rental is equivalent to one adventure choice. Each adventure is approximately 2 hours, including an estimated 1 to 1.5 hours in the paddle boat. Each paddle boat can accommodate two adults, one adult and one child, or a group of two adults and two children of less than or equal to 5 feet (1.2m).
The Dawn, The Twilight: 34$ / person ( taxes included).
(A minimum of 6 persons is required.)
The Wanderer, The Observer, The Explorer, The Adventurer : 48$ /paddle boat( taxes included)
Canoe available : 34$ (taxes included).
Please note that :
- Rates do not include taxes.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- The prices advertised on the website at the time of reservation will be the reference price.

| Deposit and Cancellation Policies |

To reserve your visit, you must confirm the number of paddle boats you wish to rent. Should you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, you must notify us by telephone or e-mail at least 7 days before your reserved date. If we do not receive notice, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved visit. For all cancellations, the following reimbursement policies will be applied :

| Reimbursement Policy for 25 Paddle boats or Less: |

- 100% Reimbursement, 7 days notice – 1-3 paddle boats
- 90% Reimbursement, 7 days notice – 4-12 paddle boats
- 80% Reimbursement, 7 days notice – 13-24 paddle boats
Adventures are not cancelled due to rain : our paddle boats are equipped with protective roofs. In addition, Eco-Odyssée reserves the right to cancel adventures in the likelihood of storms of lightening. In the event of cancellation due to weather, we will postpone the adventure or issue a complete reimbursement. You will be contacted if such cancellations occur.
Deposits are payable by credit card. An attendant will contact you to carry out this transaction and to confirm the date and time of your reservation.

| Site Rules |

- Life vests must be worn aboard all boats.
- Is it prohibited to displace, vandalize or steal the installations and/or animals located in the maze.
- It is prohibited to pull at the plants, trees and shrubs surrounding the maze.
- Boats must only be parked at designated docking stations.
- It is prohibited to throw out any products or to urinate in the canals of the maze.
- It is prohibited to capture the animals, mistreat them, or intentionally disturb their way of life.
- Do not submerge the compass, adventure guide, or the adventure card in the water.
- Do not write in the adventure guide.
- Swimming is prohibited in the maze.
- All alcoholic beverages or other illegal substances are prohibited on site.
- Visitors who are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to enter the site.
- Domestic animals are prohibited at the Eco-Odyssée site.
